You do get used to the methods of the teacher if you go for a couple of weeks. Plus I find it pushes you to do more if you are in a room with other people, rather than just setting your own targets on the treadmill.<br /><br />I don't think I will ever be at the stage where I think 'yes I am satisfied with how I look' but then isn't that the same for most women? <br /><br />I do try to be healthy and exercise but life is all about balance and if you can't go out and let your hair down from time to time, then what is the point in living!!! Don't be too hung up about your body, there are too many other things to worry about as it is!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
